Our Work

Our legal project is dedicated to promoting the well-being of citizens and ensuring accountability from authorities. We firmly believe in upholding the principles of justice, fairness, and transparency. Through our legal expertise and unwavering dedication, we strive to protect the rights and interests of individuals and communities. One of the key aspects of our project is to challenge and question authorities when necessary. We firmly believe that holding those in power accountable is crucial for a just and equitable society. We take on cases that aim to shed light on potential injustices, inconsistencies, or violations of rights by those in positions of authority. Our legal team works tirelessly to advocate for the rights of citizens and seek redress for any wrongs they may have suffered. We are committed to providing robust legal representation and strategic guidance to individuals and groups who have been adversely affected by the actions or decisions of authorities. Through our project, we aim to create positive change, empower individuals, and foster a society where the rights and well-being of citizens are protected. We believe in the power of the law to bring about transformation and strive to ensure that justice is served for all.

The complainant filed a petition for election under Section 40 of the HRRS Act/Rules, 2012. He was challenging the decision to reject his nomination to be a collegium member of the RWA in Sispal Vihar (AWHO), Gurugram. The State Registrar of Societies, Haryana, Department of Industries and Commerce cleared that the rejection by the Returning Officer (RO) was correct because the allegations made by the petitioner were false & self-constructed.
